Ok...so most people have at least heard about hypnosis. Be it via a stage hypnosis comedy show or from a friend or family member who has quit smoking or lost weight after visiting a hypnotist. And although each and every person may conger up their own thoughts and beliefs about what it’s like to be in a hypnosis trance, ironically enough many people base their facts and opinions on what they read on the internet or hear from other people.
