Gretchen’s week 5 weight loss update

If you have not been following our previous blogs you might not know that our own office manage Gretchen has set out to accomplish her very own weight loss goal. As part of her journey she decided to use hypnosis as her tool of choice.

Now, although she works for a hypnosis company and can receive hypnosis therapy whenever she chooses, she has only been relying on very same weight loss self help program that we offer to the general public on our website.

Well, it has been approximately 5 weeks since she started and we are proud to announce that to date, she has lost a little over 26 pounds. Gretchen says the best part is that she feels very motivated and actually enjoys her new active life change.

She also says that she hasn’t had to give up the foods that she enjoys but rather, she simply makes healthier eating decisions almost as if it were automatic. For example instead of having 2 bacon cheeseburgers with fries she might only have 1 bacon cheeseburger with a salad.

She also credits hypnosis for changing her metabolism and energy level. She no longer feels that afternoon tiredness and has much more energy to stay active enough to do things such as walking, swimming and bike riding.
